A paper has been published in “Analytical Chemistry,” one of the most globally prominent academic journals in the field of analytical chemistry, including ルーレット 倍率ss spectrometry. This paper discusses the high sensitivity detection of differences in sugar chains of HER2, a glycoprotein specific to some forms of breast cancer. In this method, high sensitivity levels are easily obtained by mixing sugar chains with liquid ルーレット 倍率trix 3-AQ/CHCA, an ionization adjuvant, and then applying heat. This method can be used to distinguish differences in the sugar chain modification patterns not only for HER2 but also for a variety of glycoproteins and sugars.
