This metす とり っ ぷ ルーレットd extends the AQ labeling metす とり っ ぷ ルーレットd for measuring sugar chain structure information that was developed in this project. The paper introduces the example of the sugar chain analysis of HER2, a characteristic glycoprotein in breast cancer, but the metす とり っ ぷ ルーレットd can be widely applied to other organism-related sugar chains.
